After applying, there was hardly any mess to clean up around it. I just used an old damp towel to clean up small spots. Also it didn't really have a strong smell to it at all. I picked up another version of Kwik Seal, and then also received this. Between the two I really liked the look of the sealing done with this version than the standard caulk. The caulking that it had before was not applied correctly and looked messy and dirty. I removed the old caulk and applied this new sealant with ease. Great product

Worked perfectly around the sinks as well. Best part was still being able to use it after we had sealed it after the first use. It truly is resealable.

Seal Plus Adhesive

I used for re-caulking around my tub,the original was peeling and full of mildew I removed the old caulking, cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol before getting started. I did watch a few videos online to see positive outcomes on the first try. Getting started was messy especially making sure the pressure I used squeezing the tube was slow and steady. I wore gloves thankfully and found rubbing alcohol worked better...

It was easy to apply. Once placed DAP Kwik Seal Plus Premium Kitchen & Bath Adhesive Sealant dried real quick with no harsh odor. Great product for even the most casual DIYer. Real easy to use.

Smooth seal

Like the Microban addition which will help keep the mildew from forming. It was easy to apply and clean up was easy as well.
