What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this contact cement for its powerful, reliable bonding performance across diverse materials including leather, wood, laminate, carpet, and upholstery. Reviewers consistently highlight its strong permanent hold when drying instructions are followed, with many noting it works effectively for auto repairs, shoe fixes, and countertop installations. Most appreciate its straightforward application and versatility for both DIY and professional use. The potent chemical odor requires well-ventilated spaces, though customers view this as a necessary precaution rather than a performance flaw. A few report rare adhesion issues with specific materials, but overall satisfaction remains exceptionally high.

Very Good Contact Cement...
Would RecommendThis is very good contact cement. I do leather work and have used this for years making numerous projects, holsters, knife sheaths, ect. I have fixed the soles on multiple different kinds of shoes and boots. I have never had a project come back due to glue seperation. Put it on BOTH sides and let it dry til slightly tacky feel BEFORE you put it together. Then mash together real good.

Good product but don't use delivery.
Would RecommendI used delivery on this item but received a dented can. If you use these as much as I do you will find out that you always need to seal it back with a rubber mallet. A dented can will start to fold. I was trying to save time by not having to drive 20 minutes to the nearest store that had it in stock. That's a 40 minute round trip. I have closer stores but it was not in stock at the 3 locations within 10 miles. Had I seen this in the store I wouldn't have purchased it for fear of a pinhole crack ...

Would RecommendUsed for plastic to metal and it has done very well for me so far. It’ll be my go-to for these type projects.

Works well
Would RecommendFollow the directions and this works great. Adhered inexpensive laminate flooring to a plywood work table for a smooth finished top. No loose panels.
