At first though, I had sat it to far inward on the porch, so it only worked a little bit, but when I moved it to the outside edge of the porch where the birds can see it real easily, and began moving it around every other day, the birds stop coming into the porch area and pretty much the front yard, its been about a week ...

Would RecommendI elected to fill Hootie with sand. Once done, place him on my deck railing and Have Not seem a single bird. Yay! I was told to move Hootie around every couple of days, changing his perch area. Now I don't have to cut down my eunymus bush, that the birds called home. EVICTED!!
