What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this compact shovel for its perfect size and versatility in tight spaces like raised beds and flower beds, noting it performs like a full-strength tool despite lightweight design. Many highlight its ideal use while kneeling or sitting, eliminating repeated bending, and appreciate the sturdy wood D-handle with solid grip. Reviewers consistently describe the blade as strong enough to bite hard soil without bending, making it excellent for transplanting and detailed gardening tasks. Several families note children love using it, and a few mention minor concerns about handle durability, but these are rare. Overall, customers consider it an exceptional, reliable tool for small-scale gardening.

Handy Shovel for Use In Garden
Would RecommendMy wife spends hours keeping up the flower beds and garden. This cool little light-weight shovel is one she can use pretty effectively while sitting, kneeling, or standing. For her, it replaces both hand shovel and full size shovel

Great price for what we use it for
We use the shuttle to retrieve plant food from the compost tumbler, and it works fine.

Little shovel
Would RecommendBroke my last shovel I've had for 15 years. Hope this will last half as long.

Wish they had fiberglass at this size
Good price for a compact shovel and the wood handle feels solid. Only thing is I wish they offered a fiberglass version in this size. It’s going in my truck and will be sitting in the sun, so I’m not sure how well the wood will hold up over time. Still, price is good. I'll probably add some more finish to the wood.
