Doesn't work

New out of the box and the cutter head has never worked right. I have to use another head to run the machine. Engine works. Head won't take line or advance line....just broken.

Not easy to start

It doesn’t start very easy so idk if I got a bad one or what but the brush cutter attachment is what I use for it and it helps to cut thick and tall weeds in my yard.

Terrible

Used it once a week for 3 weeks, haven't even manged to pay it off with affirm, and now it no longer turns over.

NOPE

I've had this for just about a month and used it twice. It starts fine but struggles with normal weeding tasks. The most frustrating thing, the line does not advance with a tap. Every 10 minutes, I have to stop, open the cap and unwind the line. I've restrung it multiple times, all with the same result. I'll be contacting Lowes to see about a return. I cannot recommend this product at all.

Second Review

The response from Lowe’s to my earlier was to call their help center. I already did and what a joke. Lowe’s says to call Craftsman because Lowe’s only back this thing up for 30 days. I call Craftsman and they say we can’t help either please call this “partner”. That partner won’t answer the phone. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Great purchase

Easy to crank. String is a little hard to load but works great.

Direct Easy to exact replacement for the one I killed, I was able to repurpose the parts from the old one

Good weed trimmer

It doesn’t start easy, but very powerful and mows down most things.
