Disappointed

I bought this for tailgating. I tried to use it twice but it would stop running if you plugged in more than one crockpot. I only used it once.

Good old Craftsman

Great little generator,ran it solid for 4 days during 4th of July power outage. Very efficient on fuel consumption.noise was minimal. very lightweight, picked it up with one hand.

Great Product

Bought this generator after losing power from a tornado. It started right up and powered the fridge and deep freeze and other appliances without issue. Very impressive.

Return Policy & Wrong Information Given!

Never opened the product didn’t use it. Bought a craftsman generator for last weeks storm. I was told by sales person I could return it with no problem as long had receipt and not opened. Waited until after the storm about 72 hours later and service manager had said had until 48 hours Purchase or 30 days if you Lowes card! Fails when you need it

Purchased recently and used only once to run a few sumps during flooding. The next time we needed it was during a power outage and frigid temps. The generator would idle but could not carry a load (even tested it with very low watt devices). Lowe's would not refund or replace it and they were a bit rude about it. To be fair, they didn't have any generators to replace it with because many people were in need at the time.

Impossible to start after sitting for a couple of weeks. Started the first time and ran, but after that will not start. Not dependable.

Great little genset

For the 3300 watt output, this generator is really quiet. I use it at campgrounds to power a small a/c unit for my tent (5000 btu). The auto idle works great when higher loads are placed on the unit and then spools down when removed. Starts on second pull and runs like a Honda for less than half the price.

Junk Product

Unreliable when it actually starts. Regardless if you clean everything out, set your plug right and run good gas, it does not work. A waste of money that runs on the coattails of a formerly good name.

Cannot run a 1200 watt A/C

I purchased the Craftsman 3300i to run a 1,200 watt A/C. I thought for sure it would run the A/C with no problem. The generator is advertised to run a 1,500 watt A/C. It was unable to start and run the A/C. I found out the problem after the unreasonable 48 hour return policy. I discovered that when trying to return the generator after 5 days. Now you Young people need to know basics about generators oil fuel ⛽️ 4 pulls starts every time living off grid check oil before you start every time not hard but gen X has experience in this field can't help if you don't learn

Easy to use!

We bought this after using one loaned to us during a 29 hour power outage. It saved our food in a refrigerator and an upright freezer by cycling between the two. It also ran a light, charged our devices and ran our toaster oven.

First month of having this generator I was already having issues getting the generator started after 100 hours you will need to do a oil change etc!
