I did not like that the generator did not work , and it sucks that I couldn’t return it to the store because I bought it online. The employees said that once it out of the box I could not return it but how was is going to check to see if it worked. I will never buy from Lowe’s again.

Worked Perfectly

Bought this generator after losing power in Houston back in May. After assembly generator started on the second pull. ran for 28 hours straight with no problems. Replaced oil and checked filter prior to Hurricane Berly. Generator started on first pull and ran for over 80 hours. More than enough power to supply 2 refrigerators, freezer, 2 large fans and a a dishwasher at the same time.

Grat generator for the price.

We bought this after a storm went through and we lost power. It ran two freezers, refrigerator and well pump for 4 days with no issues.

Check your products before selling them

I bought it 2 weeks ago and I spread all the engine oil and that caused damage to the engine to others the Lowe's store doesn't want to change it for me and it only has a few days since I bought it

Potential winner.

I liked the product as it started up without any problems. HOWEVER, I purchased this generator ahead of hurricane season so I have no idea if it will work when I need it!

Great little generator

If you follow the instructions it's not loud your supposed to keep it 20 foot from your house I'm sure it's loud if you have it by your front door...people complain no electric start mine cranks easy and starts first pull every single time I've never cranked it twice even after it ran out of gas people expect to much now a days from tools I give it 5 stars mine works great

Power!!!!

Wow this generator has more power then I can use. I am running pond pumps, My shop with lights and radio, saws, Drills, Air compressor, and this has no problem handling them.

Craftsman 3650 Watt generator

I purchased this for my RV to be able to run the air conditioner. This generator has cranked by the first or second pull. I have not had any issues out of it and now has 80plus hours of use. I have read a couple negative reviews which made me a little apprehensive to purchase it. It’s not too noisy. Purchase what you need, the bigger the generator the louder it is (generally). This had worked great so far and I would recommend.

Reliable.

For not owning a generator before, this has fulfilled our basic needs. /Good investment for those of us who live in Florida. Our power pole on the house was knocked out and this generator has given us enough power for fridge, fans, basic lighting and TV. $650 was a good investment for now and the future. It has run 24/7 for now 9 days and we will probably need a few more.

This product does not a staring bottom

Burned it out and buying another

Good evening reviewers, I have read the other reviews and the gen being loud. No kidding huh, who'd have thought. Anyways we have this at our off grid home and have been using this exact generator to power the 1000 sq/ft home for the last 4 months running 24hrs a day. I did change the oil once a week as well as the sparkplug. However it ran strong until yesterday when it started loosing power. Im thinking a filter might be getting clogged up on the exhaust which I will check out but I purc...

3650 watt generator doesn't run pellet stove read your policy how can I tell if it works in the box untouched unreal can't return it smart move I'm out that money my family shops there too they can't believe it either so you have a good Day

Ignore the haters…

Of COURSE these are loud. They’re gas engines. The directions say “keep at least 20’ away from house” - follow the directions and it’s unnoticeable. As for the electric start; if you have electricity to work an electric start, why do you need a generator? Starts on the first pull, every time. A great deal. Now, as for plugging into your existing home’s electrical grid? I don’t know about that. You’ll certainly need extra things for that. I haven’t googled it yet, but what little I know about ele...

Noisy

I really didn’t like it. It was just too noisy. It needed a better muffler. If you’re planning on using it at a construction site it should be ok.

Cannot return these!

Worked ok, a bit loud, didn't hear it after falling asleep. Didn't realize at time of purchase it's not an electric start, so basicly I wasted my money on this thing, not being able to pull the cord to start it,( my son-in-law came and set it up) ran out of gas couldn't get it started back up, as an older woman auto start makes a big difference, had to invest in a electric lawn mower as well.
