Push button string advance is a terrible idea!
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with this product. The push button string advance is terrible idea over the bump advance that has been around since the 1980's. Pain in the butt to stop and locate the button to advance the string. Meanwhile the Makita string trimmer that I purchased for the cottage is a pleasure to work with.

Apparently, Craftsman is being phased out of all service centers. So, while the trimmer is excellent, it will not be serviced when problems arise.
