Would Not RecommendI bought this 6/11/26. I was using it 7/8/26 and it now won't start. I used OE batteries, I cleaned the air vents off with a dry chip brush during use. I cleaned the grass off of it when I was done using it. Fortunately I also have a Kobalt 40v that I can use while awaiting a warranty claim. SMH

Not reccomended !
I orderd 2 of these 1 showed up, called customer srevice they said they would refund my money...never did. They had no Idea where it was over a week later out of no where it showed up I had to drive an hour to return it I had purchased another brand. The first was like a toy no power total junk.

Would Not RecommendMaybe I've been spoiled with 2 cycle. This weed eater barely does minimal jobs well. Incredibly frustrating. I love Craftsman products and will continue to try out other products but this one was s let-down for me.
