What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the trimmer's lightweight design and ease of use, calling it ideal for small yards and quick touch-ups, especially for older users or those with limited strength. However, significant frustration centers on battery performance—many report runtime of only 15–20 minutes and defective chargers or batteries failing after minimal use. Several note insufficient cutting power for thick grass or tall weeds, describing it as weak for demanding tasks. Some report mechanical failures including broken auto-feed mechanisms and snapped plastic components. Despite convenience benefits, recurring reliability and power concerns temper overall satisfaction.

Easy to use overall
It's a little awkward to use, with the wheel. Difficult to get up close to my fenceline. But overall a solid piece of equipment.

Good trimmer for the money, but edger is weak.
Would RecommendA little weak. The trimmer function works fine, but as an edger, it leaves a little to be desired. Has a hard time cutting through Saint Augustine grass.
