What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the trimmer's lightweight design and ease of use, calling it ideal for small yards and quick touch-ups, especially for older users or those with limited strength. However, significant frustration centers on battery performance—many report runtime of only 15–20 minutes and defective chargers or batteries failing after minimal use. Several note insufficient cutting power for thick grass or tall weeds, describing it as weak for demanding tasks. Some report mechanical failures including broken auto-feed mechanisms and snapped plastic components. Despite convenience benefits, recurring reliability and power concerns temper overall satisfaction.

I'm giving it 3 stars because of the sale price online only of $49 that average $79, kit with battety, charger, string, and weedeater. The first one I got didn't work, so that meant another trip back to the store. I got them to exchange the one I got for a new one, and it works. I'd suggested if you have big weeds I'd got for the 13-inch one, maybe not sure, a little stronger to handle them. I have a small yard, and it handled like crabgrass but not heavy weeds like cow thistle or cut grass. Eit...
Received and charger or battery didn't work
Would Not RecommendAs soon as I get this I read the manual and put the battery to charge. Green light came on when I plugged it in so I left it. Hours later I went to use it and nothing! No power what so ever. Can't even buy an item anymore that works the first time. So disappointing. Now we have to go return it and hope the next one works.

I bought this about a month ago and had some issues about how the string came out when I first used it. I have been in store twice since and nobody knew how it works.

Don’t order with delivery
Would Not RecommendFor 3 days in a row we’ve been told it’s arriving and it never does. Can’t trust either Lowe’s or FedEx to actually deliver. We decided to drive a bit to a store and picked one up. Product seems fine. Getting it is a joke.
