What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the trimmer's lightweight design and ease of use, calling it ideal for small yards and quick touch-ups, especially for older users or those with limited strength. However, significant frustration centers on battery performance—many report runtime of only 15–20 minutes and defective chargers or batteries failing after minimal use. Several note insufficient cutting power for thick grass or tall weeds, describing it as weak for demanding tasks. Some report mechanical failures including broken auto-feed mechanisms and snapped plastic components. Despite convenience benefits, recurring reliability and power concerns temper overall satisfaction.

I never received the product! I was told that it was delivered but come to find wrong address. Next day my son went to get it at wrong address & that address doesn’t exist. The 2nd customer service gal said she doesn’t show it being delivered. Then said she sent a new one but it would also go to wrong address. Makes no sense. Know I’m waiting for my refund.

small weedeater
I gave it 3 stars because of the online sale price for $49.00, instead of the $79.00 in store. I had to buy it online to get the online price. The manager wouldn't let me have the price while I was in the store. If you are looking for a lightweight weed eater, this works. I'd suggested getting the 13 inch because it doesn't work on weeds like cow thistle or cut grass. The first one I got didn't work, so I had to make another trip to the store to replace it, 3 trips all together, very disappointi...

Good tool, battery's no good
Would RecommendBought this from Lowe's in Mt Airy, NC this evening. When we opened it, discovered the battery wouldn't even light one bar on its built in tester, and is so dead the charger won't recognize it. Noticed the battery date code was 2023. So if you get one of these in Mt Airy, just realize you are getting a bare tool basically. The trimmer is actually impressive, good thing we had extra batteries.

Would Not RecommendBought this and went right out to do some work but it would not cut the grass. Also got bogged down when trying to cut the grass. Returned. Still looking for a better elect weed eater to use around the house.

Bait sale
Would Not Recommendthis was showing as $50 on the website. went to the store to buy and it was $100. Customer service said they don't price match their website and that I can buy online and schedule a pickup time to get it for that price. Not worth the hassle. Classic strings attached pricing to get you in the door.
