What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the trimmer's lightweight design and cordless convenience, with most highlighting ease of handling even for older adults and strong battery performance lasting through typical residential yard work on a single charge. Despite this recurring issue, most customers report high overall satisfaction and consider the trimmer effective for routine yard maintenance.

Would RecommendThis items works as expected once I receive one that wasn't previously owned. I won't be ordering online again for in-store pick up as I believe I originally received an item that was returned broken and resold.

All the problems
Would Not RecommendI am finding that I am experiencing many of the problems noted below. I have to manually feed the string, I can't find a replacement spool, and the battery life has not been great. I live in a remote community in Northern Canada so it is hard to get equipment or parts if I can't order on line.

Little option to control line length
Would RecommendI bought this weed eater because it shows to have a button that allows ME to extend the line. It is true that it has a button, but the line extends at will and the weed eater will actually stop working because the line it self-extended is too long. So, I have to stop, rewind the line, and then continue. This is NOT what was advertised. Had I known it would self-extend the line, I would not have purchased this item.

Even handles my horse pasture
Would RecommendI already had a 40v kobalt trimmer when I got this with my 20v craftsman lawn mower. I was really impressed with how great this did in the yard around trees, hoses, and fencelines. Then I took it out in the pasture to do the creek banks. Holy cow... it's fantastic. Cut through wild roses, vines, pig weed, water hemlock up to 3/4 inch thick. And it's really comfortable to hold without bending over and wearing my back out, since it's so adjustable. I had rigged a shoulder strap for the kobalt, an...
