Ratings & Reviews for CRAFTSMAN V20 RP 4.5-in 20-volt Paddle Switch Brushless Cordless Angle grinder

Innovative design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time using a cordless grinder. Its not too heavy with the battery. What i found great about it is the 3 position handle, how come no one else has done that? Also love the lock/unlock wrench hidden in the handle, so convenient! Overall, im super impressed.

Cordless Saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great product to have around the house. I love that it's cordless, something that's much needed and makes life easier. This works great on wood and does the job. My husband uses it more than me and agrees as well.

Great lightweight product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so lightweight and easy to use. I like that it is cordless because I don’t have to worry about the cord getting in the way on a project. I wish it came with a dust collector bag because the shield is not the best on this product. Great product to use especially for someone who is not familiar with a router.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love craftsman, but sometimes these days things are hit or miss. This one is a hit. The battery life is truly amazing, no need to stop mid job to swap out a battery. Its powerful enough to get the job done and its super comfortable to use and hold. It is weighted just right so it is almost effortless to hold and control. Highly recommend.

works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the V20 BRUSHLESS RP Cordless 4-1/2 inch Small Angle Grinder sanding wood for a project I am working on. It handles great and leaves a smooth surface. I am impressed with its performance and how easy it is to handle. I like that it is light in weight, highly effective, reliable, and durable. I highly recommend this product.

High-quality and highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Angle grinder I’ll have to say that I am more than pleased with this product. From the build quality to the ergonomics. I highly recommend this angle grinder for any one in need of a good cordless grinder. It feels solid in your hand and well balanced. It’s also very convenient to have the arbor wrench inside of the handle so you know that you always have it when you need it. It’s perfect for any job away from the shop or in any job site with...

Simply put....LOVE it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With metal pans used for flooring in small animal cages a build up can happen no matter how much you clean and as a breeder of small animals i come across this often! I have an old grinder that is HEAVY!!, i tried this little beauty and im VERY impressed, it does the job and nowhere as heavy! As i've stated in other reviews at my age (over 60) weight is VERY important to me!. Very easy to put together and believe me, for me to be able to do its...

Small and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have received this V20 Brushless RP Cordless grinder and put it through its paces. I have to say that it is very powerful for the size it is. It’s light in weight and I did not have much fatigue afterwards. I have used different cutting and grinding disc on it and used it on different materials. I even used it on concrete to smooth down and polish it. Downfall is not many positions to move the guard around on it. There are only a few spots an...

Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impressed with the power this cordless grinder provides. Ripped straight through a few bolts with a cutting blade. Also love having the blade removal tool being slotted into the handle (which can also be moved to either side of the grinder), as it’ll save me from surely losing it in the future. Handle and tool are both trippy making it very easy to use safely. Great product!

Powerful grinder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cordless angle grinder. The fact that it is battery powered is amazing because I can use it anywhere without having to drag out the extension cord. The power of the tool is amazing and the grinder easily cleans up the toughest rust on my vintage patio furniture leaving a clean canvas to give it a fresh coat of paint. The blade/grinder attachments are a breeze to change out and the tool itself is not too heavy. I love that the ha...

Ergonomic design with a decent amount of power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never used a cordless grinder tool before so I didn't know what to expect in terms of power and the longevity of the battery. To my surprise, I really loved the ease of use! It was really nice not to contend with a cord or perform my work in the vicinity of an outlet. The fact that handle can be set on either side of the tool is a huge plus. As far as the battery goes, this is a powerful tool but it still runs for a reasonable amount of ti...

excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Craftsman V20 BRUSHLESS RP™ Cordless 4-1/2 in. Small Angle Grinder*, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite tools. The brushless motor delivers great performance, offering more power and a longer lifespan compared to traditional brushed motors. It handles tough materials like metal and stone with ease, making it perfect for everything from cutting to grinding and polishing. The cordless design is a game-changer. I love ...

Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is another power tool that will be my first for being battery operated. Other grinders I’ve used to cut metal were corded. I never had to worry about battery life. I wanted to try this one out and I’m glad I did. This is a very powerful underrated grinder. I used a 4.0 battery with this one. Didn’t feel any throttling down, and it lasted a while before the battery started to get low. This is very easy to operate and even to change out the ...

Loved it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the overall feel of this tool. It's important that a tool isn't crazy heavy but still capable of getting the job done. The handle being able to attach to either side makes it even more accessible. Definitely gets the job done. Cordless and brushless is a bonus, honestly. I'd personally use it for smaller jobs cause it does use a lot of battery but I find that typical of anything you're using for a good duration of time. Overall it's an e...
