bad customer service at lowes
states picked up at lowes in email. Never did i once came and pick up. Went to store and ask about it. Staff made a mistake and item was not in stock but he listed to my email as in already picked up. I used a gift card to purchase the item and now i have lost $50 to one shaxxdy service of lowes.
