After pulling out the ladder and the new drill, I was ready to take on my project. Welp. That was the plan, but didn't see the keyless chuck. Tore my house up looking for it, and even watched unboxing videos to see that my unit was just missing this timesaving piece of equipment. So I called Craftsman who apologized and is sending the part (luckily it was in stock) and it turns out that another Lowe's buyer left a question about a missing keyless chuck, so it wasn't just me who experienced this...

Would RecommendI would recommend geting a larger battery when you purchase this tool. The battery that comes with it is under capacity for even small jobs.
