Great Power Drill

I would recommend geting a larger battery when you purchase this tool. The battery that comes with it is under capacity for even small jobs.

Poor design, work light is worthless, underpowered

While the drill has worked each time I've reached for it, I feel like it is underpowered compared to my Kobalt Drill. It also has an annoying light design, which is why I'll never buy another. The light is positioned above the trigger and under the body/chuck of the drill which blocks the light from illuminating what you are working on. It's so annoying. Tough enough for concrete

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We mixed about 20 bags of 80lb quickcrete. Took a few of the 4 amp hr batteries but help up and still just as strong as ever.

Did not receive the item at all

If I could give 0 star, I would. I ordered this drill with another item (mechanical tool set) and they were supposed to be delivered together. But when I opened the package, there is only the mechanical tool set. The drill is nowhere to be found in the package. Contacted the customer service and they said there is proof of delivery and the weight of the package matches the weight of the mechanical tool set and the drill. I suppose the drill is as light as a feather. I would not purchase anything...

Absolutely Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the money you can't beat these Craftsman V20 cordless tools. I started with Dewalt 20 volt tools but switched over and have not seen any drop in quality or power.

What crap

Opened the box after christmas and the drill doesn't even work!!!! NEVER BY FROM LOWES. This is after I ordered it Black Friday weekend, shipping label slapped on the actual box and sent off. Fed Ex had the box in their trucks for 24 hours over 2 days before I got a banged up box. Lowes didn't care. Now to open the box and not even work is the worst thing Lowes could have done!! NEVER AGAIN

All the power at a fraction of the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This drill has done everything I needed it to. I recently restored and put a new roof on an 80+ year old shed on some family property. I used this in combination with the impact driver to add all new 2x4s throughout. Install plywood for an attic space, and put all new OSB boards and metal roofing on this shed. I had zero issues with wood screws or even self-drilling metal screws. Great little unit.

Super handy drill

Excellent drill/driver.

It produces more torque than my old drill, and I like the range of adjustments, the keyless chuck and the light that it projects onto the target. I also appreciate that each tool came with its own battery even though the batteries are interchangeable.
