What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the pole saw for cutting performance, battery life, and lightweight design. Most highlight its effectiveness trimming branches up to 6-8 inches, long-lasting charge, and ease of use compared to gas alternatives. The 14-foot reach and quick recharge are frequently mentioned strengths. Some note the pole flexes noticeably with extensions installed and wish for automatic chain oiling. A few report functional failures or insufficient power, though these represent a small minority. Overall, most customers consider it an excellent value for residential yard maintenance.
