What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this pole saw for cutting through branches up to 6-8 inches with ease and reliability. The battery-powered design, lightweight construction, and long runtime—some reporting over 600 cuts per charge—are major strengths, particularly appealing to homeowners and seniors. Most appreciate the intuitive operation and minimal setup. However, some note the extendable pole flexes when fully extended, affecting precision, and several mention the lack of automatic chain oiling requires manual lubrication. Despite these drawbacks, the majority consider it an excellent value for routine yard maintenance.

Works good but a little wobbly
Works good, cuts as advertised but the extension piece makes it a little wobbly. We will see how bad it gets after some heavy use.
wish it was 5 feet higher but it does sway now
Love that i can get my tree branches

Would buy again
Would RecommendLove how easy it was to use. I wish the box put in bigger letters that the battery was not included. But it works great!

Nice Product
Would RecommendThe blade is too short. I need to purchase a longer blade. I wish the curve was more at 90 degrees

Would RecommendEasy to use and works with my other v20 tools.

Decent reach, good for small limbs and trimming
Would RecommendThe reach is pretty dang good, doesnt cut the fastest. But its also a battery powered saw, that is pretty long. With the full length the poles seem a little flimsy, there is quiet a bit of flex. Works decent if you need to cut limbs at a decent height. Your not gonna cut limbs in record time, but it will cut them. Wish it had an auto oiler, but thats not a deal breaker for me. Do a quick oil before you start, and if your worried about it, oil it after a few cuts.

Works well had to return cause there was a connection issue

Great power, bar oil application is meh.
Would RecommendMore power than I expected. Did great. Chain adjustment and removal is pretty easy. Only thing I don’t like is the bar oil is dripped onto it with a small refill bottle that it comes with instead of a reservoir

It's what I needed
Would RecommendCan't beat the price, and it works really well!
