Would Not RecommendGears stripped out internal won’t cut just grinds after 2 days of using. I have so many craftsman tools and batteries I had faith in it but it let me down. I don’t know how the warranty works but wouldn’t trust it for emergency uses like if you wanted one for your truck or utv I wouldn’t trust it to get me home if a tree was in the road. Those teeth on the gear should not be that easy to strip out. I’m buying a Milwaukee 16in m18

Would RecommendI got the saw for small trees and overgrown bushes that the clippers were not big enough for. The saw works great on bigger limbs and is easy just putting bar chain oil in it and a battery to start cutting.

Plastic gears
Would Not RecommendThis worked great for about 30 minutes. After a battery change to a freash battery and hour later. Started having issues starting and stopping to cut while the electric motor was still turning. After some online research, I found out these drive gears are plastic.
