What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this compact chainsaw for its lightweight design, powerful cutting ability, and ease of use. Most highlight how the small, manageable size makes it ideal for those intimidated by larger saws, with many successfully cutting branches up to four inches in diameter for pruning and firewood prep. Reviewers consistently describe it as a reliable workhorse that exceeds expectations for light yard tasks. Several appreciate the battery compatibility with other tools, citing good value for the price. A few note the manual chain oiling requirement as inconvenient, though this rarely diminishes overall satisfaction. Most customers consider it an excellent choice for routine yard maintenance.

It works great and did just what it's supposed to
Cut the bush down great. It was an old evergreen bush so it's a little tough to get cut up

Delivered Missing Battery Charger
This product was delivered missing the battery charger. When I called Lowes they referred me to Craftsman. The first person I spoke to at Craftsman referred me to another department where I was placed on hold for 30 minutes. I finally got someone who processed shipment of the missing charger but whole thing took an hour.

Nice little saw
Would RecommendNice for smaller limbs/branches

Good inexpensive and lightweight saw.
Would RecommendPros: Great cuts, very light. Cons: the safety switch on the handle is very tricky to hold on sideways cutting; I couldn't find instructions for how to oil the chain, which is needed since it has no auto-oil feature.
