Would RecommendShipping was late, when I picked it up at Lowe’s, it was stored on its side, outside of shipping box clearly noted store upright. There was a dent on rear corner from droppage. Ice machine works great, so I decided not to return it for the dent.

Extremely Noisy
I love everything about this other than the sound levels. putting it under the counter is definitely out of the question for me, which is what I was hoping for.
I was skeptical at first because I looked at many other brands but I am extremely happy with this product.

Would Not RecommendBUYER BEWARE! I purchased a Cowsar product that for some reason was No Returns Accepted. It was delivered defective as it didn’t work from day one. Cowsar customer service number never answers, nor returns voicemails or emails. Will never purchase this brand again!!
Ice Maker stopped working after 7 months
Would Not RecommendPROBLEM: Ice maker is 7 months old and stopped working. Internal diagnostic produced error code E2 low refrigerant. A picture of the screen from the ice maker is attached. After spending 4 hours on the phone with Lowe’s and getting a huge run around to 8 or 9 different phone numbers and even having one customer service representative tell me that you have an extended warranty but we can’t help you now, put the unit in storage till November and call us back!!! I finally found out that Lowe’s ...
Lid broke- Cant get seller/manufacturer to replace
