PROBLEM: Ice maker is 7 months old and stopped working. Internal diagnostic produced error code E2 low refrigerant. A picture of the screen from the ice maker is attached. After spending 4 hours on the phone with Lowe’s and getting a huge run around to 8 or 9 different phone numbers and even having one customer service representative tell me that you have an extended warranty but we can’t help you now, put the unit in storage till November and call us back!!! I finally found out that Lowe’s ...
Lid broke- Cant get seller/manufacturer to replace
I wish I had a working lid so I could remain compliant with health code requirements. Unfortunately, the company has not been willing to help resolve the issue.

I bought this and it was delivered over the weekend. Finally unpacked and got ready to install on Tuesday and noted that cooling fins were damaged as well as a big dent in it. Box was fine so it was packed that way. Lowe’s tells me my return can’t be processed after 48hours…

Beautiful machine, Bad online representation
Photos give mixed indications for installation. Can be “installed” (with purchase of additional base) or freestanding. No water filter included, causing connection directly to faucet the only option for water feed. Drain will be either continuous (requires hole in flooring) or intermittent.
