Cheap - DO NOT Buy !!!

Bent the cutter on my 1st use - cheap product that is way overpriced !!!! DO NOT recommend !!!

The blades easily bend and they will not close properly.

Blade chipped

I hope it was just these trimmers that were defective. I love the Corona brand and had to return them. Hope next pair i get are not defective and allow me to finish my task.

Corona lopper

Really stands up to a lot of use. Used to collect apple wood over 3 days. Loopers saw more use than regular use over a much longer period. Good to go.

Cheap and flimsy

This product states it can cut 2” pieces of wood - this is a lie. This set of loppers managed to warp within 30 minutes of use, on a 1.5” piece of wood. I spent more time purchasing and returning this product than I did actually using it. Don’t waste your time if you’re planning on using these for more than the occasional clip; I’m going to purchase the ratcheting clippers that can actually handle their stated wood dimensions.

Almost dull, hard to cut anything.

Full hard gm cut anything or at least it’s the mango tree branches I’m struggling to cut with it. Although it’s been used, I am hoping I can return the item before it serves me no purpose. The cheaper loper that I’ve had hot several years works better.

POOR QUALITY

I purchased this item to cut up branches due to a recent ice storm. The branches I was cutting were on privet hedges in my backyard. After using them for about 10 minutes I noticed they weren't cutting well. I looked at the blade and I noticed 2 notches in the metal blade and since I had only cut branches about 1 -1 1/2 inch in diameter I was very surprised. Although the tool looks very well built, the blade is of very poor quality metal. I guess I will go back to using my 40 year old True...

They got a huge dent in the cutters first time use

Looks like the quality control on these has gone down. I see others with the same issue, huge dent in the cutting service cutting very small saplings. Do not buy.

Lopper Supreme

Best product of this type I have seen. Absolutely sharp! Handle size ensures maximum leverage when cutting larger tree limbs. Price is really reasonable given the quality.

Poorly forged blade

Blade "notched" when cutting a less than 2 inch diameter oak branch. Made it difficult to continue the job.

Cheaply made, poor quality

I had a job to do and although my old, cheap, no-name loppers were doing that job, I hoped that these big boys would make the job easier. They claim to cut up to 2" and most of my cuts were well under 1.5", some less than .75". From the start, these cut poorly, even on the smaller branches. When I attempted a 1.5" branch, it took everything I had to get through the cut. I've had these for a few years and haven't had any issues. Just buy them you wont regret it.

Bought them on clearance, probably because of the name.
