Blade chipped on first use
Would Not RecommendI thought these were well made, but obviously not. My first use was cutting oak branches of about 3/4 to 1-1/4 inches. On the fifth branch a piece of the cutting blade broke off. It broke right where the opposing blade has the tooth. I think the hinge is too weak and allowed the cutting edge to hit the tooth and break off a piece. At another place the blade edge has rolled over. I do not recommend these. I bought the larger compound lopper of the same brand a year ago and it is still working fin...
