Sturdy and sharp for removing old plants from pots
Would RecommendThis knife is amazing! Just what I needed to saw through and loosen roots in pot-bound old geraniums. I couldn’t have removed them without it. It was a miserable back-breaking task when I did the first one without the knife and considered throwing out the pots and plants until I got the knife. The curving inward lip of the pots prevents the old plants from sliding out so had to cut those roots, it is sturdy and sharp.,

good for big weeds
Would RecommendThis is just the thing I needed to dig out big weeds that my thin weeder had difficulty with. You can get a lot of leverage to pry it out and the blade doesn't flex or feel like it will break. Even in hard packed soil it has the robustness to dig. Bonus is that it is stainless steel so it won't rust if left outdoors.

Would RecommendI have not used this product yet. I bought it for the specific purpose of digging around sprinklers that need to be replaced and may have roots around them. We do have a number of other Corona garden tools that we use and are very happy with them. This one seems to be heavy duty and well made.

Would Not RecommendThis Corona Corona Hori Hori Knife has a really sharp edge on the blade the cutout near the handle which I consider and see being unsafe. Though could be super careful using it I think I am just going to look into the other 'F brand regular garden knife which I have and is great.
