Fast and high quality!
Love this tent! Setup and teardown are truly very easy with two people (takes a bit longer with one person to keep the poles balanced), which is the main reason I purchased this tent. Love the split cabin feel with the large windows on one side. Size is great for two with cots and a living room or four with extra room; nine would definitely be a squeeze. I wish there was a door on both sides for use with the split cabin. But still gets five stars for a great quality tent and the easy setup!

Fastener issue with tent frame hub.
Follow-up to my review of 8/20/21. During season two we had an issue of a snapped fastener that connects the attached steel poles to the front plastic hub. Without sufficient tools I could not remove the threaded piece of fastener left in the hub so we duct taped the pole to the hub to get us through the trip. Removing the hub during the repair at home, I found a second fastener bent and another missing from the center brace. Three 5/32 x 1 1/4 threaded fasteners (bolts) replaced the factory fas...

Easiest tent I ever set
Easiest tent I ever set up love the ground vents fits two queen mattresses easily and love that there’s a floor in the screened area but I wish the tent stakes were a little more heavy duty and wish tent bag was larger all in all love this tent

Feels like home
I purchased the 9 person instant cabin tent for a two week camping trip for 4 ladies. It took us an average of 15 minutes to set up and take down. Roomy and comfortable. A thunderstorm came through and our neighbors had to dry everything while our tent was completely dry. There are two downsides: the first is that you have to be very careful when lifting the legs in setting up. Somehow I managed to snap one of the legs and I wasn't even pulling hard. The other is that the top is mesh for viewing...

Easy to set up and take down
The tent sets up extremely easily and packs up easily as well. It’s a bit bulky for hauling with all the other camping gear but worth it for the ease in setting up. I was able to fit two sets of bunk bed cots in the tent with plenty of room to spare. Only had it on two camps so far, so time will tell on its durability and ability to perform well in inclement weather.

Buy it, you’ll love it!
I’ve had several minimalist backcountry tents, and that is my first car-camping tent, and I absolutely love it! Great engineering and quality - this thing is built to last. Whoever came up with this “instant” tent design is an genius! And don’t screw around with a mismatched tarp, get the perfect fitting, high quality footprint, which is a necessary accessory that will add years to your tent.

We absolutely LOVE this tent/cabin!!
We absolutely LOVE this tent/cabin!! Setup was so quick, we tried to do a time lapse but the video was only three seconds long! Waking up in the woods with the rain fly off and window covers unzipped was so relaxing! The roof screen let the heat out even on 90* days.

Great tent
Took it camping this past week for 3 days in Virginia. Winds were 20 to 30 mph almost all day. Daytime high was around 50 and night time fell to 21. Tent did great in the wind. We had a indoor propane inside tent to keep us warm. Had 2 queen air mattresses inside. We made the best of our cold and windy camping trip. Look forward to warmer weather and camping again soon.

Water Issue
The tent is great, just camped in the rain and want to highlight an issue. The windows are screen with the solid canvas on the inside meaning rain gets between the screen and the solid fabric leaving water trapped at the seem. The water then wicks through the toggles and storage pouches forming wet spots. For as much rain, it wasn't a deal breaker but the design could have been much better here.

Great tent
Two weeks of camping in RI and Maine with a little rain and humidity and temps in the 90's. No leaks and spacious enough for all our stuff (2 people and a small dog). Fast setup, and great design with door locations, window sizes, and screen room. I am 6-3 plus and had no problem standing up. We love it. Photo is our green 9 person tent and my daughter's larger orange CORE tent in Maine.

Glamper's Paradise
Update 8/16/21: It rained! We had a late afternoon thunderstorm pop up this past weekend, but everything inside our tent stayed dry. I sent my teen to zip up the windows, but with the air vents engaged, it didn't even get stuffy! It was a very humid weekend, however, and the floor got a little damp underneath his sleeping pad, and under the packing blanket I use under my air mattress, likely from condensation. *** I like space and comfort when I'm sleeping in the woods. There, I said it. On a ...

set up / take down
My husband and I find the tent easy to both set up and take down. Having one person stand at a corner during set up to steady the tent and the other person pull out the legs creates a smooth process. We found using long foam coated twist ties assist greatly in placing the tent back into its storage bag.

Good tent small leak
Good tent. Fast and easy setup. Had a small leak during a 5 hour rain storm. The water came through the storage pouch in the screen room area. It amounted to probable a half cup of water. I did apply 1 whole can of Scotchgard the day before the rain.

Good and not so good
Good Goes up/down very easily Mesh top is nice for looking at stars Tall enough to stand up in, even for 6ft tall Not big enough for 9 adults, but is big enough for queen air mattress, 2 camp chairs and a small table Not so good Heavy dew soaked right through. We had he cover on that night and woke to drops of water hitting us. We used it 5 nights - center hub (part 90491) broke - will contact customer support. Depending on price do we order several since this is a problem or bag it and ...
