Have used our 3 tents twice already. One weekend beautiful weather, other weekend 50 mile wind gusts with torrential downpours all weekend. 2 were completely dry the third had 2 inches of water in it. (due to not closing the door all the way and not set up properly) With as high of winds that we had I did wish it came with better stakes. 14' x 9' 9 Person Instant Cabin Tent
Tested it in the backyard - set up and break down seem pretty simple - as advertised. Small tear in the screen above the large entry door, but nothing a little tape couldn't fix. Will be upgrading the tent stakes do to the hard ground at some of the campsites we go to. Looking forward to putting it to use.

We used this tent for a family camping trip. It was easy to set up, and each time we've set it up we've gotten faster. :) It really poured down rain and was extremely windy on one of the nights we camped, and everything was dry and stayed put. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the tent is really more of a late spring - early fall tent. It has too much ventilation to be warm and comfortable in temperatures below 50F. The only reason this review isn't 100% is I'm not sure I like the vent feature. My wife and I just got back from our first camping trip of the season as well as first use of the tent. The nights were in the high 40s and I did everything I could to retain the heat in the tent, but the winds were fairly steady all night, so most of my efforts to stay warm were limited. I bought this tent to go camping with my son and the Cub Scouts. We set it up once in our garage before the trip, and it took me about 5 minutes. I had to look up a video for how to fold it back up, but after watching, that was a snap also. Fantastic tent in almost every way!
We've taken this tent camping twice now, both times during the summer. It's incredibly easy to set up, taking only about 5-10 minutes. We especially liked the easy to install rain fly, and the added ground-level ventilation. At 6' tall, I can also stand upright easily anywhere in the tent. The only thing I wish it had was those easy-open spring doors without a zipper. From the photo on the website, it looked like it came with that. It does not.

Best tent I have owned over 30 year's. Researched for over a year before ordering.
Has been up for seven days two different times this season, both with some wind and rain. No problems at all. Just one corner of rain fly came loose, due to my not having it secured enough. Works very well with two grandparents, and two Grandsons.

Quick & easy setup, roomy and well-ventilated and dry inside, quick & easy take-down. Suggestions for product tweaks to improve on an already great tent: 1) Offer a footprint 2) Make the walls at least 6 inches higher so that people 6 feet tall can stand at the sides. Note that most of the tent is plenty tall. 3) Better doors. The doors allow lots of rain in when opened - Need a small awning over OR vestibule? Just good for warm places!
We got it last summer & went to some hot place & it was ok but this year we went to a place which was 45' during the night & spent 6 propane tanks for heater ( for 3 nights ) but we were just freezing & caught a col;( bcus there is a big space between the top screen & the cover & waist all the heat! So I got so disappointed... just wonder if the new one (10 person) has the same issue or not

Easy to put up and take down as described. Floor got 2 small holes on first use but I would still recommend. Feels very spacious with 4 people. I would not go back to old fashioned tent poles after trying this.

This tent has great usable space inside and is extremely easy to setup! With one person I can have the tent unbagged and up in 60s not including all the stakes. Easily up with rainfly staked in under 5min which Is big with kids! The one thing I ended up doing was upgrading the stakes. One site had a rocky base and ended up bending several stakes and making the entry corners loose and zippers harder to use. I would gladly pay more for some HD stakes.
