Ratings & Reviews for Core Instant Cabin 14 x 9 Foot 9 Person Cabin Tent with 60 Second Assembly Red

Holds up in wind and rain

I wanted to wait a bit before I wrote a review. Just got back from camping where we had a quick hitting, hellacious overnight thunderstorm. High winds, lots of rain and even some small hail. The tent held up and remained dry. Absolutely no leaks! I would recommend getting some beefier stakes but I think that is normal for any tent. Other than that this tent is great!

Pole Problem

I would have given it five stars if one of the poles wasn’t put on in reverse. We should have checked it before we left but we were in a hurry. When we were setting up camp at Lake Powell one of the poles was on in reverse and we couldn’t open it. Luckily we had some tools with us and we were able to take it off and reattach it correctly. If we didn’t bring a screwdriver that fit, we would have been without a tent for four days. Other than that, it’s a great tent and was a breeze to set up and t...

Great tent

Super easy to put together and teardown.Would buy again!!!!

Great size easy setup

I couldn’t be happier. I wanted a nice size tent, but I didn’t want the added complexity for setup. This goes up in just a couple minutes and take down is just as simple.

Great Family Tent

We love this tent. The setup, size, and functionality are perfect for us. Our kids have been asking to camp in our yard every night.

Perfect tent

I planned on taking my wife and daughter out for the they're very first camping trip. I wanted the trip to be as easy and comfortable as possible. i read a lot of great reviews about CORE and their tents. I bought the 9 man tent for just the three of us so that we could have space. It was so spacious that I put in a California King blow up mattress for me and my wife along with a full size bed for my 7 year old. After all that we still had space for all our gear and a sleep apnea machine. Took a...

Just buy the tent!!

This is the best tent I've ever had. We've only used it once but it held tough through an extremely strong thunderstorm and we didn't have a drop of rain in the tent!! Highly impressed! Also, it does legit only take a min or 2 to put up!!

Amazing tent

Setup and take down were incredibly easy. Tent is spacious and perfect for the kids.

I know we will enjoy

I know we will enjoy this tent, as soon as Ohio campgrounds are opened up for campers.

A+++

Setup was fast and easy. I have yet to use but did a test setup and I was very please with ease and quality

Great tent!

Super easy to set up and a ton of thoughtful features.

Zipper needs work

This would be a 5 star tent if they could figure out how to manufacture zippers that are easier to work. Otherwise, the tent was fantastic! We had a great weekend camping with it. Cool during the night; but our heater kept us warm (didn't have issues with all the heat escaping as some reviewers stated. Warm during the day, but the excess windows and openings worked perfectly. Perfect size for our family of four plus a dog. We had a pack n play, small air mattress, and a queen cot mattress. Still...

Perfect for single mom!

I love this tent! I camp as a single mom with four kids. I needed a tent I could manage setting up and carrying on my own. I love the simple design and functionality of this tent!

Quick and Easy Setup

I have a family of five. My wife and three kids. This tent fits all of us with room to spare. The great thing is it is so easy to setup and can be done in minutes. The tent is just awesome.

Perfect.

We love our new tent. First time we put it up took us 3 minutes. We love everything about this tent. Already recommended this to a friend snd she already bought the same one.

Correction

I previously rated 3 stars, I’m adding a 5 star cause I can’t see where I can edit and make it a four star! Three was a bit too critical. Good tent, just careful if it rains that you are tightly zipped up.

Nice but not good in rain

The rainfky worked to keep the rain from entering the top of the tent but the doors and windows must all e secured shut else a lot If water can cone in and soak your interior. This mean that ventilation is minimal if your in it snd it rains, or should you leave windows on zipped you’ll ruin your trip. The zippers can also be a pain to operate, they do not glide well. I’m going to look for a tent that has some awning to allow for open screens should the weather turn south. Other wise,it is way to...

Happy Camper - Camping with the horses on Assateague

This tent is fast to put up and take down. It gave us great airflow, which is critical when camping on the beach in August! It took the force of high beach winds and thunderstorms without blinking. Materials and construction are well done. Remember to tighten the adjusters each evening to reduce the sound of flapping material in the wind. It even has a little porch flap to wipe your feet before entering!

Boom!

This tent is amazing! So easy to set up and take down. It has windows on every wall so airflow is great inside. The rain cover attaches easily and securely. I'm 6'1" and was able to stand up in the tent which was a breath of fresh air. Word of advice to those not familiar with "9 person tents" This is perfect for a family of four or five. I think this is the perfect size tent, I was tempted to buy the 12 person tent but this was just the right size to find a flat spot to put it on, any bigger an...
