Lives up to the name
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the frost color and its like a light coffee in color so it goes well with my yellow house I think. Easy to use and set up. I was also surprised at how light weight it is. It seems like very durable material and should do well through high winds and sun damage. The area is put mine up gets alot of afternoon sun so this will be great to keep the heat off the windows.

Service poor
Would RecommendInformed customer service lady(Lyle) that I was not able to include veterans discount while ordering online. She garbled and sighed and told me she could not now! Lyle asked me to call her at 11:00 tomorrow morning when she started working and she could give me vets discount, at that time The young girl that carried my Coolaroo shade to my car, told me she could apply discount when she got back into the store Fire lazy Lyle and put young girl in customer service

Easy installation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this new roller shade. It’s easy to install. It’s easy to unwrap. It’s easy to do everything for it. When I went to install the roller shade, I measured as the instructions stated I’ve replaced the screws because I was going into metal on my gazebo to install which the roller rate comes with regular screws, but there was no biggie. I installed it put the brackets in put the shade up and it was good to go. It was quick as 123. The shade m...

Overall Coolaroo us a great product with helping reduce heat/sun coming through.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shade was easy to install. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite wide enough for our window, so we centered it. It has definitely helped reduce the heat coming through the window and has made a noticeable difference. Overall, we're happy with its performance.

Not the best product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item was extremely hard to get out of the roll. It was very difficult to install, and didn't look right when rolled down. It isn't going to last long in the rain and it definitely doesn't help with noise.
