I bought these more than a month ago. They were delivered (early) two days ago. I have been unable to get any info about when they might be installed. The CSR I have worked with has not responded. It shouldn’t take two months to choose, order and install three blinds.

Use caution when rolling up and down
Would Not RecommendI bought these 1 month ago. They are shredding on the side because the thing you roll the shade with is rubbing against the side of the shade when you roll up and down. My installer was really nice. He has installed both shades. He is very informative and professional
