What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these outdoor roller shades for exceptional sun-blocking performance, with many noting they block 90% of UV rays and reduce heat drastically while allowing airflow. Installation is consistently highlighted as simple and tool-free, with users completing setups alone. The durable construction, smooth crank mechanism, and included tie-downs earn repeated praise for long-term reliability. A few mention occasional crank issues or bracket brittleness in extreme heat, and some note flapping in strong winds if unsecured. Despite minor concerns, most customers strongly recommend the product for patios and porches.

Would Not Recommendpurchased two different sizes to cover our patio and even though the color said "almond" - they are slightly different in the color and in texture. Not happy that they are next to each other and do not match.

Good Product bad store service
Would RecommendBought size 120 x96 blind picked up blind got home noticed both ends taped up. Well it was missing all the hardware. Called the store said they would replace it, Got to the store to replace it they pulled the incorrect size. They went to look for another 120 x96 (shows they have many on hand) well they did not. One of them did the correct thing and gave me brackets from the the incorrect blind. Get home to install blind pull out of taped up box, instead of being 96 long it was only 72

Packaging trash
Would Not RecommendOnly shade that size and the packaging was trash looking. Taped back together. Tried to return because it didn’t fit and got no help whatsoever. It was a couple weeks past return window and they offered nothing. I hate shopping at Lowe’s.

Shade size
Would RecommendUnfortunately the space dies not allowed for 2 6x8 side by side due to hardware requirement. Need a slightly smaller one to cover First one went up fine. Can the space restriction be addressed? Is a custom width 4 inches narrower possible?
