In 2 different homes I installed 5 Coolaroo shades, the oldest 5 shades are now 10 years old! They are all excellent, work very well, hold up in our harsh Texas sun with no fading nor deterioration.

My wife wanted shade and more privacy on our back porch and she got both with this great product. We bought a second pull down shade 2 days after the first one because we were so pleased with the first one we purchased.
