What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these outdoor roller shades for exceptional sun and heat blocking, with many noting they cool patios and decks significantly even in extreme climates. Installation is consistently highlighted as effortless, typically taking under 15 minutes with clear instructions and basic tools. The durable material resists weather well, with many owners keeping shades for five years or longer and repurchasing for additional areas. Bungee cords and brackets provide reliable stability. A small number report issues with manual crank mechanisms or occasional end cap breakage, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by strong overall satisfaction and recommendations.

Would Not RecommendWe bought the shades and just this week had them installed by our handyman. One of the rods was bent but with some minor adjustment works fine. I cannot give an excellent review of this item.

Looks great
Looks a lot better than one it replaced. Will take better care of this one: rolling up when rain coming;, secure for breeze protection (which is what ruined previous shade). Seems to be doing its job reducing heat, but still lets breeze thru. Do recommend 2 people for installation, especially for measurement accuracy - difficult to measure 6+' in a vertical position by 1 person.

Confusing product model offering
Fortunately your store salesperson had some product ct knowledge. That said, I bought 2 different widths in the same color fabric and ended up with two different style tie-downs. Who ever selects models and styles from manufacturers needs to do a better job to simplify selection and offering.

Works
Would RecommendThe length sucked for my gazebo even after measuring. You can see through it so no privacy. But it does block the sun and we use it alot. So, not the best experience but it works...Also, blocks wind so if its hot out you get hotter lol
