What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these outdoor roller shades for exceptional sun protection, blocking 95-99% of UV rays while allowing natural light and airflow. Most report noticeable temperature drops on patios and porches, with many describing the heat reduction as transformative. Installation is consistently called easy, with smooth crank and wand operation. Reviewers highlight durability, noting shades installed years ago still function like new. A few mention the standard crank length requires a step stool, but overall satisfaction is exceptionally high, with many purchasing multiple units and strongly recommending them.

Shade size
Would RecommendUnfortunately the space dies not allowed for 2 6x8 side by side due to hardware requirement. Need a slightly smaller one to cover First one went up fine. Can the space restriction be addressed? Is a custom width 4 inches narrower possible?

18 months on and shades are great
Would RecommendWe have been using this 96-inch and 72-inch Coolaroo shades in our 3-season room, where they are sheltered from rain. After 1.5 years, they continue to work like new. I put some graphite lube into the fittings once, which may or may not be needed. I'd buy these again.
