[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Directions are a little misleading says it takes about 20 minutes to install in all honesty it took me almost 2 hours to install by myself he definitely need assistance installing this product once it is up it works great a little stiff with the flexibility of the handle but other than that it serves its purpose

That being said, the product itself is great. Easy installation, protects backyard from sun without blinding us, design is almost there (our turner is faced the wrong direction) and it’s worked great. Have had it for 2 weeks and would easily spend the money on buying more from this company!
