The clear adhesive tape is no good
Would Not RecommendThe tape that comes with this stuff doesn't hold for anything. I'd stay clear if you don't want you items to come crashing down. I've had much better luck with the original adhesive tape.

I thought these would be great being able to hang pictures on the wall without punching nail holes in. I was wrong, I hung 2 picture frames that weighed less than a pound each with the 2 pound Command, I followed the instruction to a T. Both pictures fell to the floor during the night, one shattered the glass of the other picture in the frame. Not worth the money and they didn’t work…at least not for me.

Great for hanging things from the ceiling.
Would RecommendThese adhesive hooks work awesome for hanging rope lights from a ceiling. I'm pretty sure they hold at least the two pounds they are rated for, possibly more. I plan on hanging more lights from the ceiling, so I'm sure I'll be needing more of these in the future.
