Would RecommendWorks very well, but the removal tab you pull to dislodge the hook looks a bit 'unaesthetic' if you need to remove the hook and place some other place. Be sure to carefully measure before placing.

Never Blew Off My Door
Would Not RecommendTemperature got down to 3 degrees with -18 wind chill factor. Winds blew my Christmas pre-lit garland on this product with winds up to 60 MPH. These wire hooks stayed on my front door and I never had an issue under the most extreme conditions to hang garland. Great product. Highly recommend.

Ruined My Wall
Would Not RecommendI was going to hang a 1 lb. picture on my wall. When I realized it wouldn't work for what I needed, I tried to remove it 2 minutes later it ripped the paint and 1st layer off my wall. This is the 2nd time these strips have ruined my wall The 1st time I thought it was a fluke but it happened again today. I won't be buying them anymore!!
