I tried hanging three pictures on three different plaster walls diligently following the instructions. Two of the installations did fine but the third one just won't work- the product falls from the wall even before I put a picture on it. I tried using new "tape" strips and the same thing happened. Don't know what caused this so am ambivalent about the product although I was thrilled to find a new method for hanging pictures on plaster walls.

Don't hang with glass picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried this with some pictures that were less than 5 lbs for some very expensive pictures and we almost lost 2 of them..if you value your pictures like we do, don't chance it, we liked them for smaller plastic framed pictures, but not GLASS framed. The plastic hook broke not the strip itself..

I loved these hooks until the other day when I came home to find the hook n picture frame on the floor n paint ripped of the wall where the hook was hanging. It held up for about 5 months now I really have to rethink if and where I'll use these hooks.

I didn't feel right about sticking something to my treasured plaques, so I went with this! Works great, you don't have to get it perfectly straight, because it's round! It holds even heavier items without any problem! These are great!

Wire Back Picture Hooks

A brillant idea!

Command sticky nail sawtooth hanger

Just used this product in the dorm room. We used it to hand one of those mirrors that is about a foot wide x five feet tall. It worked great. Make sure you follow the directions on package.

Ripped the Paint Right Off The Wall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrid Product!!!!! Beware! I had to rate with a star but it does not even deserve one. I followed the directions for application and used the hook rated for a heavier frame than what I was planning to hang... it held for three months. Fortunatly damage was not done to my antique picture,frame and the glass did not break, but I do have to patch and repaint the wall because it peeled the paint right down to the plaster.

We wanted this to be up securely because they are some of her favorite posters. We used these hooks and they have stayed up wonderfully. We don't have to use any special anchors or damage the wall AND we don't have to worry about strength.

I followed the instructions and Ta-da.....my pictures are now up on the wall without nails or screws and "yes" you can remove them and place them someplace else. These strips really work. I love the idea that it does not ruin the walls by having to make holes, I have plaster walls. Im very happy with your product, just wish you can add a few more extra adhesive. I am a woman so I do have the tendency to change my mind sometimes.
