Would RecommendI was a little skeptical about using these outdoors, especially after reading some of the reviews, but have been very impressed with the way they hold after hanging ~60 feet of icicles. We had some 40+ mph winds a few nights and all of the hooks held fast. Just make sure to clean the surface and allow them to cure for a day and they work great.

Can be installed during cold weather

Tried using on our screened porch. They did not stick for more than 4 hours even though I wiped down the surface with rubbing alcohol. I have good luck with other products inside our home though

Would RecommendThese are advertised as outdoor light clips, however, the outdoor adhesion when it's cold out is not great. With proper cleaning and prep of the surface, Some of these still popped off with no tension placed on them. Otherwise, these work as intended.
