Would RecommendI purchased these to secure a nice size garland to my mantle. I can't really assess how the hooks hold to the weight of the garland because I have them placed on top of the mantle ledge, but it has secured the garland nicely. In addition to the garland being a bit weighty, I have glass ornaments attached. The hooks positions the garland perfectly with no sliding or sagging. Very pleased.
