Fell off wall and pulled paint off wall bbbbbbbbbb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used these for years to hang my stockings by the chimney with care. They support fairly heavy and overflowing stockings, and of course, leave no mark when removed after the Holidays.

Followed directions, product failed and did damage

I purchased the produce to ensure I would not damage the walls of a home that is to go on the market shortly. I only hung one piece in my office and pressed the hook for 30 seconds. The poster weighed less than three pounds. After two days it fell off and took the paint and some plaster still attached to the adhesive. Shocked as I expected much more from a 3M product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that I thought the instructions were a little difficult. Once I ruined one strip I got the hang of it ...get it? ;) I was hooked :) Today I saw that there are now bathroom dishes by Command...amazing!

2nd Product to Fail

I used these hooks and a the broom holder in my apartment. I followed the directions on both products when applying them to the wall and trying to remove them. Both products stripped the paint off of the walls. My landlord told my husband and I that we would have gotten our deposit back had the walls not have been damaged. Can't live without Command Hooks

We rent and don't want to put holes in pristine walls, and without Command Hooks we wouldn't be able to hang shelves, photos, etc. Even in the bathroom shower. 5+ years in a shower stall! Still going strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used one of these hooks for 5+ years in a shower stall to hold a heavy back-scrubbing brush. Every day hot water splashes on and around the hook, and it's still going strong. This is a GREAT product.

Great hooks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these last year. They work well. Be aware of the weight capacity as I used three pound hooks for an item that was exactly three pounds and after a few months, it fell off the wall. I would recommend going up to the next hook. But, no damage to wall. Definitely recommend.

Works great on cement walls

So Much More than Garland

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially purchased a dozen or so packs of the Command Utility Hooks in order to drape our pre-lit garland around the living room. Little did I know that was just a gateway hook - almost six months later and I have started to use them everywhere! I hold oven mitts on the wall with them, I use them to (stylishly) keep the dogs' leashes by the door, and it's become a God-send in the bathroom by keeping the towels close by. Helps sooo much!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both use CPAP machines and finally found a solution to the mask and hose in the way on the night stand. Installed these hooks to the side of the headboard and they are now kept out of the way and out of sight. I love it!
