Love the light, when it stopped working they quickly sent me an upgraded light because my version was out of stock.

Great light

I was unsure of which light to buy. But called customer service and they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right headlamp for me. The light showed up timely, and has been very bright and easy to use. I am very happy with the rechargeable batteries.

Review

I like the headlamp but on this model when you are on the brightest position it automatically drops to the lower intensity. Which sucks when you need the light

Good light, and the Turbo mode is a bonus

The FL75R that I received, in addition to the standard white light, has a red light and a green light controlled by the left button switch (it cycles through red/green/off). When you turn on the white light with the right button it cycles through the light levels: medium, high, low. Although it's not written anywhere in the documentation or on the package, it also has a 'Turbo' mode that some of the other Coast lights have. If you hold down the white light switch for 4 seconds it turns on Turbo ...

Coast Headlamps

Just received my new headlamp. So far I am totally satisfied with it. I have two other Coast Headlamps but this one is my first with the rechargeable battery. My other 2 are not rechargeable and will discharge the batteries pretty quickly if I keep them on for too long. With my new lamp I bought an extra rechargeable battery and expect longer duration times before the batteries need recharging.

I have several of these and like them , keep an extra battery charged for quick swaps

Owned approx 3months

This is great little lamp for the money, except that it does tend to lose some of its charge when not used regularly. If It's been more than a week I will try to charge it before using. I use it for working on cars, dog walking, and many other uses.

battery acid damages

the acid of the batteries causes damage, a rechargeable one is recommended, or that the batteries are not very close to avoid damaging the circuits

Lifetime warranty nothing better

I have 5 of these, only headlamps i use,they stay bright and last long enough to do the job

Favorite Headlamp

This is my new favorite headlamp. I already had at least half a dozen various Coast headlamps, and just bought 3 more of this FL75R. It's perfect for my needs. I use it daily, and I love being able to easily charge it when I think it might be getting low
