Ratings & Reviews for Coast Sportsman 530-Lumen 4 -Mode LED Rechargeable Headlamp

Great product

Great product! Works long enough. Brighter light..

Headlamp review

Decent head lamp does the job however just like similar items like this the battery life could use an upgrade to where it doesn't sure so fast. Other then that works very well.

These are great.

Great headlamp and great warranty. Really can’t beat it for the price just make sure you get a rechargeable battery.

Warranty

Good headlamp. Customer support is awesome and always very prompt with response. Shipment is very quick and accurate.

Great light for daily use

I use this light every day I have multiple batteries to swap in when they go dead.

Bright light but torturing high pitched noise

Pluses: bright, convenient focusing ring, relatively long battery life especially when using ZX350. I was able to complete most of my honey do list in one charge. Other headlamps require the battery to be changed in the middle. Negatives: TORTURING high pitched noise when the brightness is set to medium (middle setting). On the low setting the noise is there but fainter and bearable. The clip to close the battery cover is flimsy (plastic clip with no hinge)

THE BEST headlamp I have ever used!

I recived my first one as a company gift in 2017. I wore the poor thing out after 5 years, and COAST honored their lifetime warranty without question. I decided to buy 2 more for spares... I use this product daily and sometimes fully discharge it during use. With back-ups, I have one ready to go at all times! It is lightweight, has 3 brightness settings and a strap that does not leave marks on your head. There is not a neoprene pad on the light, and that is good because I am allergic to ne...

Selv discharging headlight

Ok to start this off i bought this a year ago or so. And used it often so in the start i didn't notice anything wrong. Then the trouble started i noticed it being dead everytime i used it. To confirm i charged the battery and then just left it on a shelf for a few days to confirm and it was dead. did this with both AAA battery's and the rechargeable battery. Contacted customer support and got a replacement unit. (great service btw) So on to yesterday when i found it dead yet again! so my questio...

Pro Reviewer, Best Headlamp I've Owned

I review outdoor gear for a living and have tried most headlamps under the stars: Fenix, Black Diamond, Petzl, BioLite, Knog — they all have some pros (minus BD, which you need an engineering degree to understand). The Coast FL75R is the most reliable and intuitive headlamp out there. It does all the things I want — red lamp, high/med/low beam, and adjustable focus — without a confusing array of button presses or unnecessary modes. It's plenty affordable and has proven perfectly dependable. ...
