Very unhappy

I ordered long needle pine straw wrapped in plastic. What I got was a busted up loose bale, that was scattered up my driveway and walkway, then dumped on my front porch.

staff needs help and info

I ordered this bagged pine straw online so I could get there pick up and go. I arrived and went to the area where mulch and stuff is picked up. The staff person was unaware that they even carried this item so he sent me in the store to get a pri t out. so I did then they sent me back out to him. He looked at the order and sent me to the side of the store by a gate and said they would help me there. the gate was locked and waited for at least 10 min for so eo e to come over to me or the gate. Clean, but coverage not as advertised

Compared to other products, this is relatively clean - only two large sticks and one small pine cone. However, the contents of the bag barely covered 30 square feet spread very thin. It did not seem to be compressed very much, so it was not twice the amount as a regular bale. I had to purchase a roll of pine straw to complete the job, as this Clean Straw product isn't worth the cost.

Straw has lots of debris including sticks

Decent straw but I was not 1% or less sticks and debris. The packages were filled with Probably 10% sticks. Won’t buy again

Lost Delivery Item

Lowe’s delivery service is absolutely awful! I’ve lost nearly $90 for an item they have delivered to me in their system but I never received it. I’ve been given the run around for nearly 2 hours on the phone to no resolve. I will never order from their online service again. Now, I have to go to the store and spend money I’ve already spent to complete my yard project.

I purchased 7 bags to cover 375 square feet of space. It was exactly enough but I’ll buy one more bag to add a touch more depth in a handful of spots. I bought these 7 bags from the Newnan, GA location. They were dry and had been well maintained by Lowe’s. I found the pine straw very clean and contained very little “debris”. The price at Lowe’s was 20-30% lower than local competitors. I, a female, was easily able to pick up and carry all the bags. I also installed these 7 bags all by myself.
