What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this meat thermometer for delivering accurate temperature readings in one to two seconds, even under challenging grill conditions. The backlit display, preloaded meat presets, and audible alerts eliminate guesswork and simplify cooking for both grilling and oven use. Many highlight the compact, durable design with a foldable probe that protects fingers from heat. Reviewers consistently report perfectly cooked steaks, turkey, and other meats, with several purchasing multiple units as gifts or backups. A few mention a brief learning curve with advanced settings, but overall customers consider this an indispensable, reliable cooking tool.

Char-Broil Instant Digital Thermometer (Review)
Would RecommendChar-Broil instant read, digital thermometer works great, ideal for cooking any meat, temperature chart provided, to ensure accurate cooking of meats/steaks/thickness related. Insert digital thermometer into meat, verify temperature, continue cooking or remove to eat. I use mine every time I barbeque. I recommend this unit.

Good and dependable until recently...
Would RecommendGreat product. Easy to operate. Just recently changed the batteries and now it is stuck on Celsius. I've already flipped the switch and it stays on Celsius. Any recommendations?
