Perfect size griddle that heats evenly

This thing is the absolute BEST! With 3 different burners I can run multiple different cooking zones! Not to mention there’s so much space! It heats so evenly too! The lid is such a nice addition. If you’re thinking about buying one of these stop thinking and start doing!!! You can thank me later!

Great for breakfast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my flat top. It was easy to put together. Prepping the cook top was easy. Cleanup is simple. The hood does a great job of keeping element off the top. On cooler days it does take a little longer to cook the food due to the distance between the burners and the bottom of the grill top. It is great if you want to do breakfast or hibachi. I have had mine over a year, and it has held up great so far. .

So versatile!

Used this think a ton and absolutely love it! Easy set up, and even heating. My favorite feature is the front grease trap, makes clean up so easy. Easy to transport as well! Rather burgers, breakfast or hibachi it can do it all!

Great product!

An absolute gem of a griddle!! I love the fact the grease trap is on the front left corner and that the tray is also hidden, unlike other griddle manufacturers! It was very easy to season and prepare for cooking. The fact that it also comes with a hood is a game changer! I will never go back to the Bummerstone, lol.

perfect size for 2

A memorable purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to cook and could not pass up on this griddle and boy oh boy I am happy and ecstatic that I bought one. This grill makes it a joy to cook omelet, grill chicken breast, and vegetables. What is most impressive is how well the food is cooked holding in the marinated juices while the flavor just carries. I love my grill for its easy use and ease of cleaning the cooking surface.

More than you need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like most, I thought you were supposed to get the biggest griddle if you were getting one. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the three burner Flatiron not only fit the bill, but it offered more than ample space for cooking. Assembly was simple and straightforward aside from me trying to put parts in backwards. Cooking on the Flatiron was a smooth experience and made some great food. You can't go wrong with the Flatiron.

Fantastic build quality; endlessly versatile

Can't recommend this griddle enough! It's just the right size for our apartment balcony, and is of excellent build quality. Putting it together was super straightforward with the included instructions; total time from unboxing to first cook was about 45 mins. I've made Philly cheesesteak (multiple times), various fried rices, fajita style vegetables... this griddle is so fun to use that I'm just finding reasons to step outside and fire it up instead of cook in my actual kitchen. Cleanup is a b...

This is the 2nd flat top I have had. Great heat dispersion. Love making tacos and browning all types of vegetables. Highly recommend, enjoy.

Great griddle for the money

I bought this riddle for Christmas gift to myself. Best gift I’ve gotten in years. It does everything I want to do and if I had to, I would buy it again.

Makes cooking and cleanup simple!

I’ve had my griddle for almost 3 years and it’s still in very good shape. It’s fun to cook on and super easy to clean! It’s durable and can withstand the harsh winters in AK with no problems!

Never owned a gas grill in my life.

I live in Hawaii where are the tradewinds are very strong. I bought a weber charcoal grill like I’ve had for most of my life.but my problem was The wind it was impossible To keep even temperature. So I went ahead and bought this griddle. It was one of the best decision I’ve ever made! This is not affected by the wind. My favorite recipe is definitely leg quarters under bricks and Little red potatoes that are covered with oil and garlic and spices. I bought is 12 x 12 grill weight and I mush them...
