Excellent grill. I was intimidated by so many parts (I ordered direct online) but the instructions were clear enough and it went together easily. Grill works as expected which is great.

Great Grill at Great Price

I have owned two 3-burner Char-Griller. I have assembled both units without help. Do Not assemble this product by yourself. The instructions call for two people -- So Follow The Instructions. It is possible to assemble the grill by yourself, but it is very, very frustrating and time consuming. IT TAKES TWO PEOPLE. I really like the product -- Made in America is a real plus!

Nice grill, especially for the price.

Nice grill, especially for the price. Heats up fast and cooks food well. I love the barrel design; it keeps heat in, unlike most gas grills that are pretty open in the back. Having the custom grill cover is nice. It does take a long time to assemble. The side shelves get sort of hot while using the grill. Only other con is the placement of the propane tank. It's nice to have it hidden, but the not so easy access makes it hard to turn on and off.

Super grill!

I am on my second one. Had the last one for twelve years. The grill itself was still in great shape except the bottom pan, burners and deflectors. The cost of replacement of these items made it feasible to just get a new one. I honestly the my new one performs better than the old one. Just replaced the plastic wheels with the rubber ones. Great investment. The plastic wheel holes had wallowed out. Only thing I can complaint about this grill.

I grill various ways and utilize differing temperatures and this grill allows that. By far the best grill I have ever used!

Sturdy grill.

I just received the grill and put it together and only ran it for a few minutes. It got hot immediately which is what I was looking for. It took a little under two hours to put together but I had a friend help me that is better looking at the illustrations than reading the directions. I Will Not Buy One

I use this product as my main source of cooking as long as weather allows. I have owned two of these grills, but will never buy another as long as they are manufactured in communist China. Buy American.

Seems good, arrived damaged

This grill seems solid, and went together ok. It arrived in a surprisingly small box. I was not happy to find nearly every piece was damaged in some way (this is not an exaggeration, even the AA battery for the igniter was badly dented). Nothing was damaged beyond use, but there was ALOT of very obvious dents and paint damage. I had to bent a few parts with pliers to make them fit. I live in a very dry climate, so am less worried about rust from paint damage. However, i could see this being a ma...

Grilling and heating the homemade beans on the side are a since. Nice product and easy to use.

2nd one I've bought and love it!

It's the only gas grill that you can add a side box to and use as a smoker. Love it! First one lasted 10+ years and finally decided it's time or a new one.

Expected more from this brand and grill

The grill takes a long time to heat up. If you cannot wait to heat the grill up, you will have a hard time cooking food in a timely manner.

My second one in fourteen years.

I had one of these models 14 years ago. It lasted with heavy use in humid Florida for ten years. I then bought a different name brand all stainless steel at a higher price. It fell apart in four years! So here I'm back to old reliable. I use a sub grate directly over the heat deflectors and cover with "grill greats" ceramic tiles. I get a way higher cooking temperature at lower flame settings, with little to no flare ups.

Great Instructions and a Great Looking Gas Grill

The instructions and the labeled parts were the best I have ever seen. I only made one mistake while assembling this grill and with all of the parts I would say that was pretty good. It did take me by myself about 2-1/2 hours to assemble. They do recommend 2 people to assemble but you can do it by yourself. I like the look of the grill, the temperature gets very hot quickly so I can see if you don't watch your food closely you could end up with overdone meat. I've only used it once so far but lo...

I've owned many grills over the years. This black beauty can stand with the thousand dollar grills. And it will last longer. This is the second time purchasing this grill. My old one has over 20 years of use. If you like a perfect steak, cook on one of these babies. Hands down the best!!!
