This little grill holds heat so well!

This little grill holds heat quite well and has enough grill space for a medium to small family. I live the solid cast iron grills! I’ve grilled five large steaks with a couple of sausage links and a couple of ears of corn at the same time. The vents allow for excellent heat control. Also, since the ash pan can be pulled out, you can add in more wood or charcoal while one is grilling, which is quite cool.

Great grill

I bought this grill for my small patio area, and it is small but perfect for 2-3 people. The cast-iron grates are easy to clean, it's very easy to use and well worth the money. The quality compared to something similarly priced is Unmatched.

Perfect Size

Excellent except for cheap charcoal fire grate!

Excellent little charcoal grill with great cast iron cooking grates and a very cheap fire grate which will wear out very quickly. Replacement grates are expensive, so I'm exploring using expanded sheet metal instead for price and durability. Tip: Run cast iron grates through your ovens self cleaning cycle and they come out like new.

Showed up defective, no response.

I bought this as a Black Friday special and did not open the package until late february. I put the grill together and noticed that the bottom charcoal door does not close or seal properly. I have reached out to Char-Griller several times now and have never heard back from them but I keep getting their daily ad flyers. Very disappointed.

Fantastic charcoal grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this in my apartment and space was limited. This thing is pretty heavy duty, great control of temperature, and surprisingly lots of cooking space since it has a square cook surface. Easy to clean with the removable drawer.

Versatile Grill
