Ratings & Reviews for Cascade Platinum Dishwasher Pods Dishwasher Detergent Dish Detergent Soap Fresh 40 Count

Gold Standard

After trying multiple dishwashing pods in an effort to save money, I always return to Cascade Platinum. It doesn't save money with lesser quality pods when you have to run the dishwasher more than once to get dishes clean!

Fresh and effective tabs

I'm impressed with Cascade Platinum ActionPacs Fresh Scent! They're highly effective, leaving dishes sparkling clean even with tough food residue. The pre-measured packets are convenient, but a bit pricey. The fresh scent is pleasant and not overpowering. Packaging is convenient, but not eco-friendly. While not the most environmentally friendly option, Cascade is making efforts to reduce waste. Overall, I highly recommend Cascade Platinum ActionPacs for their effectiveness, convenience, and grea...

Terrible

Without a doubt the worst dishwasher Detergent I have ever used. First of all it is expensive! Comparing with market brands or not as known brands it is overpriced. Well, I like dishes cleaned so I thought it would be worth the price. My dishwasher is not bad and always got the job done. I tried multiple times with multiple settings to use this terrible pod and usually my dishwasher is half full only. I do scrape food before loading and no matter what it does not clean at all. I have to wash all...

Good brand reputation

Overall I have really liked cascade products. I find however, that these get stuck in the dispenser and don’t always fall out. It is only this specific pod that ever gets stuck. When it does fall out though it does a great job cleaning!

Do not recommend

O bout this thinking it would be great. I hate it. The smell is so strong I can’t even be in the kitchen when the dishwasher is on. You can taste it when you drink from your cup. I even rinsed the cups out with fresh water and still it takes over the flavor. I spent all of the money I had on these and can’t buy more. So I am past disappointment.

Go to dishwasher cleaner!

My favorite dishwasher packs! They effectively clean the dishes and you never need to rewash! Otherwise scent is great and leaves your dishes smelling fresh!

Absolutely satisfying

Best product, when it comes to washing dishes I strongly recommend to my family members to used this product

Terrific!

This product is amazing! I find my dishes and pots come out spotless. I have also used the pacs to remove stains from my white Corian sink. I just fill the sink with hot water and put in one pac. Cleans the sink perfectly. Another use is to put one pack in garbage disposal and run it to clean and remove all odors. Awesome!!

A game-changer for effortlessly sparkling dishes, highly recommended for hassle-free dishwashing.

The Cascade Platinum ActionPacs™ in Fresh Scent are a game-changer for dishwashing. They leave dishes sparkling clean with minimal effort, and the fresh scent adds a delightful touch. Highly recommend for hassle-free dishwashing!

Very Disappointed

I decided to use my dishwasher for the first time and bought these and am so disappointed. My dishes come out really spotty and having to be rinsed again. What's the purpose of buying the platinum that tells you your dishes will come out spotless if you end up having to rinse them off again after a 2hr cycle?

Works super well

My dishes always come out of the washer clean, with minimal water spots. I find these pods very easy to use and to store in the plastic container. The scent is pleasant, but that's your choice to pick out what you like. I've tried almost every type and this brand seems to work the best in our hard water. I recommend!

Perfect every time- clean dishes with no residue

I have been using these pods for many years now. They clean very well, I have never used any better product. The dishes come out without any residue and actually clean. I’ve used them with 3 different dishwashers in our different houses and always get the same outcome. I love that I do t have to worry about figuring how much to pour, I just inset the pod and that’s it! I hope they eliminate the plastic package soon

Great, effective product

Cascade is the only product I trust for my dishwasher. The dishes come out clean and glasses are steak free. The pods are great because you don’t have to worry about using too much product.

Cascade for the win

I only trust cascade brand in my household! It works wonders and hasn't failed me. Dishes are squeaky clean. I purchase the bulk pack from warehouse stores and it seems to be the best value for the money.

Cascade Platinum

I have tried 3 boxes of Cascade Platinum pods in Kenmore dishwasher. At least on 5 cycles, I have noted the pods coming out intact. Obviously, it did not do its job. I wonder what is the quality control and how is it guaranteed.

Great for dishwasher

We have bought so many different brands of dishwashing detergents and not one of them comes close to the cascade platinum plus tablets! We had such a awesome experience using these because it literally took off every bit of food, including food that had been caked on for a couple of days, and there were even a couple of dishes that we thought had stains on them but after using the cascade tablets, those two coffee cups are now completely clean!! The smell of the detergent is really nice and fres...

Save your manicure, let Cascade handle the cleaning!

As a mom of a toddler I’m constantly preparing food and then having to wash the resulting dishes. It’s an endless, exhausting cycle. I trust Cascade Platinum ActionPacs to do the heavy duty cleaning for me. I scrape whatever food is left behind into the garbage, pop the dish into the dishwasher and then let it do the work! I can always count on Cascade to clean even the baked on, hard to get bits of food. Best of all mama doesn’t have to ruin her manicure anymore scrubbing dishes! Thank you Casc...

Cleans dishes great

These action pacs work great. My dishes are always very clean. Dishes seem to be cleaner than when I use liquid dishwasher detergent. I like the Cascade brand.

Ruined Cascade

Used to love Cascade but now have to read fine print to make sure I do not unwillingly pick up "fresh scent" again. It is not highly visible and I had no idea that they had perfumed the product. Tastes awful.....cross between lavender and perfume...ICK!!! Every time you eat off utinsels, etc. you can taste it and it is NOT pleasant. If I can't find lemon or unscented I will be switching brands.
